What part of you awakens when the sun goes down?

Dusk is the daily “little death.” The sun dies into the horizon. The day ends. The night hasn’t fully arrived.

“Vespertine” literally means of or occurring in the evening — activity that awakens at dusk but does not run through the whole night. This applies to dusk‑blooming flowers like Datura and Moonflower, dusk‑active animals like bats, moths, and owls, and anything whose power or presence rises specifically with twilight. We will explore the magick that awakens at dusk — the moment when day exhales and night inhales. We will work with twilight plants, evening star lore, nighttime animal symbolism, and threshold rituals to cultivate release, and transformation.
