Adversity reveals hidden strength and carves pathways toward transformation. We can, however, remain trapped in cycles of reaction rather than growth. This workshop invites you to step into that fire with intention, learning not just to survive it, but to draw power from it and be reshaped on your own terms.

In this workshop, you’ll:

• Explore resilience as an elemental force, using magical practices and symbolism to understand how transformation occurs within and around you.
• Learn how divination and reflective practices can reveal patterns, guide decision-making, and strengthen your ability to adapt.
• Gain insight into the psychological and biological foundations of stress, recovery, and growth, and how to work with them rather than against them.
• Develop a personal framework for resilience that integrates philosophy, nature, and lived experience into a cohesive, practical approach.

We can either be destroyed or forged by the fire that shapes us. In learning to work with this fire consciously, you can cultivate resilience not as mere endurance, but as an evolving relationship with change itself.
