At the heart of this exploration are the 22 Major Arcana, known as the Tarot Keys. Far more than a divination tool, each Key carries a living energy — a vibrational signature that resonates through colour, sound, and sacred symbol. These archetypes map the full spectrum of human experience, mirroring the stages of our inner evolution with remarkable precision. Woven into this are the Qabalah’s Four Worlds — Atziluth, Briah, Yetzirah, and Assiah — offering a multi-dimensional lens through which we can understand how spiritual energies manifest, or become blocked, in our lived reality.

This is where acupressure enters the conversation. Rooted in thousands of years of Traditional Japanese Medicine, acupressure maps the body’s invisible network of energy meridians — pathways through which our vital life force must flow freely for health and harmony to prevail. When these meridians become blocked, stagnation sets in, and what begins as a subtle energetic imbalance can manifest into emotional distress, physical illness, or a loss of creative purpose.
