Types of Entities: Entities often reported include ghosts of departed ancestors, foreign spirits, or demons.

Locations: Common sites include abandoned homes, mental institutions, cemeteries, and desolate landscapes.

Theories on Possession: Some believe spirits “haunt” places to create fear, claim authority, or act as remnants of lingering memories. Others view this as a psychological reaction to environmental decay.

Jinn: In many cultures, jinn are believed to live specifically in waste places or abandoned homes.
