In this class, you will learn how water healing is explored as both a sacred living current, and a gateway into the Blue Mind state, a naturally occurring calm brought on by proximity to water, where the mind quiets and consciousness expands. This class blends the scientifically supported benefits of water immersion with intuitive, ritual and energy healing based practices. Modern understanding tells us this state lowers stress, cortisol levels and lifts the spirit. It is the place where intuition awakens and emotion becomes fluid. Working with water helps us to better tune into our own talents of divination, communing with Deity and heightening one’s own self awareness by immersing ourselves in one of the most sacred gifts the Great Mother has provided us.
