Vodou is one of the most misunderstood spiritual traditions, often reduced to myth, fear, or aesthetic. This workshop offers a grounded and respectful introduction to its foundations, spirit relationships, and the reality of walking this path.

Participants will gain a clearer understanding of what Vodou is, how it is practiced, and the role of spirits within the tradition. We will explore common misconceptions, the importance of lineage and community, and what it truly means to build a relationship with spirit in this context.

This class will also address how to discern whether Vodou is a path you are meant to pursue. Initiation will be discussed from a practical and realistic perspective, including why it is not for everyone and the importance of discernment before taking any steps forward.

This is an educational and reflective workshop designed to provide clarity and understanding while respecting the boundaries of the tradition.
