Every witch has a fetch, a spirit double that can leave the body, cross between worlds, and do your magical bidding while your physical form stays safely at home. The fetch appears across Norse seidr, Irish folk magic, and European witch-trial confessions, but you don’t need years of training in any single tradition to wake yours up. Most practitioners treat spirit projection as either impenetrably advanced or hopelessly vague, this workshop strips it down to practical, repeatable technique that produces results you can actually verify. In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll:

• Learn what the fetch is (and isn’t) and how it differs from generic “astral projection” grounded in folklore, and cross-traditional practices explained in the best non-dogmatic simplification.
• Practice a guided trance induction and fetch-body construction exercise designed for the livestream format, so you experience the work during the session itself.
