Rev. Dawn Bartos, B.Msn, is a lifelong intuitive from Cleveland, Ohio, who has lived in the world of “knowing and sight” since she was a child.

Her lifelong dedication to Spirit allowed her in 2018 to create a massive bridge between the magical and nonmagical community. She has been the backbone of a large spiritual network in the Midwest, founding The New Moon: A Witch Store and More. She is the creator of the sacred circles: Cleveland Crone Coalition, and The New Moon - Sisterhood Rising, which brings all women together to empower and honor one another through their sacred journeys.

Her greatest passion in serving the community is creating sacred space by web weaving ancient universal energies for the purpose. Those energies permeate the “now” in realizing the potential of one’s active soul within this lifetime.

Known as the New Moon Witch and Priestess of the Iron Flame, Reverend Dawn doesn’t teach from a pedestal—she teaches from the trenches. Having navigated the forced closure of her physical temple, intense legal battles, betrayal, childhood trauma and her own neurodiversity, she developed the Anti-Victim Manual as a survival guide for the modern practitioner.

She’s been a guest on a local TV broadcast and a speaker for a local Unitarian Church. She’s led hundreds in Sabbat rituals and leads Women’s Sacred Circles. As a crone, she performs “Crowning of the Crone” ceremonies for magical and nonmagical communities. Her larger scale community service includes: visitations, tangible collections, and fundraising thousands of dollars for local non-profit organizations. Beneficiaries include: elders, women in recovery, collaborating to help end human trafficking, homelessness, multiple animal shelters, and Ukrainian refugees.

Her appearances include: Brookside Masonic Temple, Cleveland Metroparks, The New Moon, Cleveland Public Library, Pagan Pride, and online platforms. As a psychic medium and workshop presenter, she’s appeared at Cleveland Playhouse Square, Cleveland FanExpo, and the Cleveland History Center, proving that true sovereignty isn’t given; it’s forged.
