Bio for Fiona Horne

Fiona Horne is one of the world's most respected witches. She is the author of fifteen bestselling books on modern witchcraft, and three oracle decks published over the last 25 years, which see her writings having a generational impact on the evolution of the modern witch. Her tireless devotion to dispelling negative myths and stereotypes contributes to the freedom of modern witches to practice their craft today without fearing vilification and persecution.

Thirty years ago Fiona launched a career in the entertainment industry as the lead singer of chart topping Australian 90's electro-rock band, Def FX, before moving to Los Angeles in 2000 and continuing on to be a popular radio and television personality, appearing on many programs around the world. In 2013, Fiona left LA for the Caribbean, working as a commercial pilot and volunteering in humanitarian and animal aid. In 2020 Fiona returned to Australia for three years and evolved her musical career with rock band, Seawitch, playing guitar and capping the mini career with a number 2 debut rock album 'Well of Spells." In 2024, Fiona moved to Egypt creating nourishing spiritual adventures for women called: 'Meet Yourself in Egypt." Combining her passion for travel, adventure and magical knowledge, Fiona offers women unique opportunities to cultivate awe and wonder for the world around them and the world within them. In 2025 she launched 'Meet Yourself in Bali' - a pampering spiritual adventure for women. Fiona's personal passions include being a 100+ foot freediver, scuba diver, world record-holding skydiver, professional fire dancer, chess enthusiast, and avid student of ancient herstory and magical traditions.
