Around our entire planet, whether it be Indonesia, Australia, Asia, Africa, or the Americas, there is a zone where alligators, crocodiles, and caiman exist. In every one of the regions where these creatures live, there is an ancient and profound folklore, magic, and sorcery surrounding them. As well, to the north and south of their natural swamps, marshes, and lagoons, their skins, teeth, and appendages have long been sought after as exotic curios used for a host of legendary conjures.

Throughout history, these creatures have been venerated as a deity in some cases, and in others, they take the form of local entities, oftentimes as helpers for humanity, albeit primal ones that come with many cautionary tales. Whether from their sacred place as Gods and folklore heroes or their “parts” acting as talismans for protection, luck, fertility, and virility, to name a few, the alligator and crocodile kingdoms offer a unique series of magics that is attainable and accessible to all.
