The Queen of the Faeries of Munster is Áine, the Irish goddess of fire and the sun. But she is also a moon fairy. In this workshop, we will connect with these two aspects of Áine through storytelling, poetry, and meditation.
First: who is this fire queen, and what does her face look like? How can we use her solar power to empower ourselves?
Second: how can we connect with the darker aspect of the goddess and of ourselves? How can we bathe in the moon’s waters to heal our pain?
Through magic and myth, we will come to know more about Áine and all of her beautiful power.
