What is a Psychic Attack? Psychic attack is a form of malicious energy attack that emanates deliberately from a sender - either a living person or a malevolent spirit on the other side. Attacks are always negative and may have consequences, yet we need not fear them at all. In addition, there are some simple steps we can take to prevent or ward off such attacks.

Psychic attacks come in all forms. The visible and invisible realms, from a living person, an operator manipulating someone else or something else, or from a spirit to name just a few.

In this class, we will explore the concept of psychic self defence, which is the ability to shield oneself from harmful psychic influences or attacks. We will also cover the different types of psychic attacks, how to recognize them, and how to create protective barriers in your personal space.
